As a first-time home buyer, and a single mom, I had a lot of questions and worries about the whole home-buying process. Greg was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer to a question I had, he was quickly able to find it out for me. He was very responsive to and patient with my 5000 questions and worries and helped the process move quickly and smoothly. Whenever I saw a property listed that I wanted to see, he was quick to set up a time for us to go see it as soon as possible too. I would use Greg again in the future if I needed, and also would recommend him to others.

Outstanding service! Greg is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Greg was a huge asset when we purchased our home making the home-buying process smooth and pleasant. He literally held our hands every step of the way. Greg and Judy were nothing short from amazing. They were above and beyond my expectations. They are always available no matter the time of day and willing to answer any questions. They even did a lot of the leg work for me when it comes to passing inspections and finding contractors. Amazing Experience.

amazing realtor ,who gave you right advice any time ,all the time . very professional and friendly too, very responsive person when ever i need to know for any property he answer me next sec ,find out for anything you want to know the property you are intrested in it ,does answer your all questions ,very educated in real estate business. Greg was an absolutely fabulous agent. He was very thorough in seeing what we wanted and designing our search. He made himself readily available for any questions and answered everything in a timely matter getting all the information everytime. He went above and beyond showing us extra houses to make sure we were in the one that we wanted. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house to rent or buy to use Greg as an agent. I know whenever I need something real estate related I will definitely be using him again.

We used Results Realty for both selling our condo and buying our new single family home. Judy & Greg were fantastic to work with - the selling process went well and we were very pleased with the results of our eventual sale. For the buying process - we had a long list of requirements and they were very patient and helped us navigate and narrow down our priorities. As a first time buyer Greg Cox stood by me from the beginning through the end. I advised him from the start that I was a picky person and he understood my needs to purchase my home. I mean our starts was rocky then came Covid. During Covid he still reached out to me to see regarding my well being and if I was ready to view homes. At 1st I was nervous but he assured we will be caution during each property. Fast forward Greg did sent me a few listing and I asked him to show me a property that peaked my interest. So he made accommodation for me to see this property and I knew once I stepped onto this property that the property was my new home. Greg helped me to speak with an attorney and the bank. Without him I don?t think I would ever get the townhouse. I highly recommend Greg Cox to be your next realtor. He provides exceptional customer service.

Working with Greg and Judy was fantastic! They were such a huge help and were always available to answer my questions through the home buying process. Being a first time buyer, I really didn't know where to start and had a lot of questions. I really appreciate the patience of Greg and Judy. We ran into some issues through the process with a seller dropping out and Greg and Judy were unfazed and went right back to work finding a new home for me. Everything ended up for the best and we found a home right away that was the best fit for me. I even was able to move in within the timeframe that I originally was looking for. Thanks a ton!

Greg was everything you could ask for in a realtor.
• Patient: To say we are picky is an understatement. Not once did he pressure us into purchasing a home that he showed us. Prior realtors had made us feel like we were wasting their time with numerous showings. Not Greg though he was always happy and excited to show us more homes and help us to realize what we actually liked in a home.
• Supportive: We backed out of a purchase (inspection) not once but twice. He never made us feel like we had to follow through on the purchase because we had sort of committed already and he had done a lot of work researching comps, communicating with the other realtor, being present for the inspection, etc. He always stated he wanted us to be happy with the home we bought.
• Talented: With Greg’s skills we were able to get more offers than we knew what to do with. Thanks to Greg’s skills in listing our house, the very first day we listed our house it was like a revolving door of people who were eager to see it. We had offers the very same night. We had to decide if we wanted to accept the money on the table vs. wait for more people to see it in order to get a better offer.
• Knowledgeable: I always felt like Greg had the upper hand on other realtors when it came to the money side of the deal. When selling the house he knew when it was a good idea to wait for more offers, counter for more money, or accept the offer. He was knowledgeable on aspects of the sale and financing that helped us ensure the offer we selected would finalize and not leave us hanging with a contingency. When we bought our house it seemed like he had a fifth sense for how much we could counter with and not lose or insult the sellers. He made sure we got the most money we could after everything was said and done.
It is with my highest recommendation that if you want to purchase or sell property you hire Greg as your realtor!
